Overview:

The Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and growing our business by identifying and qualifying new leads, bulding relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success and the ability to analyze customer needs, develop and present solutions, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and effectively communicate Imperial Dade’s extensive product catalogue of Janitorial and Sanitation, Jan/San.
  • Consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets while focusing on increasing share of wallet and generating referrals.
  • Build, manage, and report on a large pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customers: new, growing, and dormant.
  • Participate in events and local networking.
  • Deliver an exceptional sales experience for our customers.
  • Work across multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven Packaging Sales account management or sales experience
  • High school diploma or GED (general education diploma) equivalency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including demonstrated ability to quickly create and build relationships
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of working independently to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Travel throughout metro Atlanta and surrounding areas
